Miriam does not share your resume, your profile, or your search activity with employers. No employer is told you are looking.

Your bar is yours

Your criteria and your accept and reject decisions are used to run your search. We may combine your feedback with feedback from other users after removing details that identify you. We use it only to improve matching for job seekers. We do not sell it or use it to build employer products.

Reading your resume

When you upload a resume, its text is sent to our extraction provider so Miriam can read the facts. Everything extracted is shown to you as a suggestion; only what you confirm is saved.

Deleting your account

Delete your account and your data goes with it: removed from live systems right away, and from encrypted backups as they rotate out.
